Not a strenuous muscle-building program, Tai Chi is a low impact exercise, easy to learn and taught in a relaxing manner. It is an effective way to improve your overall fitness level particularly if you have spinal, joint or flexibility challenges.
The Program The Yang Style Program provides instruction in the 24 movement short form. This five-minute set of movements requires no equipment. Each hour long class includes: A series of joint opening exercises. Energy work using Chi Kung breathing exercises. Practice in individual form movements.
Taught by Ritch Ryan Ritch is a certified health and physical education instructor with over 30 years of experience in external and internal marital arts. He hold a black belt in Tae Kwan Do and has trained in Hapkido and Jeet Kune Do. Ritch practices two style of Tai Chi, Yang and Chen.
