- Father of 4 wonderful children: Mia, Natalie, Sal and Olivia

- A former Level 10 gymnast.
- Gymnastics Competition Coach at All American.
- Gymnastics Recreational Coach at All American.
- Joe Saimeri, owner of All American, was Rachel's gymnastics coach for many years. Now she joins the All American team as a coach herself.

- A gymnast in high school who competed at the State level
- A State Select soccer player who continued to play soccer until 2010
- A coach for soccer, gymnastics, track and baseball for over 30 years
- She holds a BS in Biology from Cornell University and an MS in Human Genetics from the University of Michigan
- A certified Genetic Counselor for 20 years
- A certified teacher of General Science in Massachusetts who teaches at Heritage Academy in East Longmeadow
- She is safety certified for both boys' and girls' gymnastics
- A team parent with Corrie a level 9 gymnast on the girls' team, and Jonah a level 5/6 on the boys' team.

- From New York state
- Currently, a junior at Springfield College, earning a degree in Physical Education, Athletic Coaching and Health Studies
- Nicole started gymnastics at age 2, and competed at age 13
- She has worked at the International Gymnastics Camp in Pennsylvania
- She is safety certified, a certified 5/6 level judge in New York and Massachusetts
